Terms

What this website is, what the access programme commits either of us to, and how to read the forward-looking material published here.

01

What this site is

This website describes the architecture, principles and roadmap of EmotiLink OS. Substantial parts of what it describes belong to later phases and are not available today.

Material describing Phases 02 through 06 is a statement of direction. It is not a commitment to a delivery date, a specification you may rely on commercially, or a representation that the capability currently exists.

02

The access programme

Submitting the access form is an expression of interest. It does not create an account, a licence, a partnership, or an obligation on either side.

We may contact you about Phase 01. You may ask us to stop at any point, and we will.

03

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, extract data from it beyond ordinary browsing, or represent yourself as EmotiLink OS to others.

When the Node and oracle become available they will carry their own terms, including explicit restrictions on attempting to re-identify individuals or to correlate proofs across contexts.

04

Intellectual property

EmotiLoop™, ZTAL™, EmotiCore™ and EmotiTrustOps™ are marks of the EmotiLink OS project, together with the associated frameworks and documentation.

The architectural principles published here are intended to be read, argued with and cited. Nothing on this page is intended to discourage that.

05

No warranty

This site is provided as it is, without warranty. Forward-looking statements reflect current intent and may change as the architecture develops.

If a change materially contradicts something published here, our intention is to note the change rather than quietly replace the page.

06

Contact

Questions about these terms, including anything that reads as ambiguous, can be raised through the access form. A person will answer.
